Clay plasters & paint

LÉÉM Clay Plasters and Paints form a complete, high-performance finishing system for interior walls and ceilings. Sourced from unpolluted, undisturbed soils excavated from urban sites in Brussels and Belgium, our materials contain a natural blend of clay, loam and sand, and occasionally plant fibres or cellulose. They undergo minimal processing and remain reversible. Clay plasters have 270 times less CO2 emissions compared to conventional gypsum plaster (ref of 10 mm thickness). 

Earth plasters are known to provide a healthy, vapour-open finish that actively regulates indoor moisture and improves acoustics. To enjoy the humidity and temperature qualities of earth plaster a minimum thickness of 15mm is needed.

Designed to work together seamlessly, our BASE undercoats are used to rectify and level uneven substrates, preparing the perfect surface for our COARSE, FINE, and PAINT topcoats. Depending on the chosen finishing technique, they offer a wide variety of textures and  aesthetics.
All LÉÉM products are ready to use, requiring only the addition of water on site.
