Léém Clay Finish is used as a smooth finish, on a base clay plaster, with all the health & ecological benefits of clay plaster: circularity, zero carbon & zero waste.  

Our natural brown clay finish is the most circular in origin, since it uses a high amount of Brussels sand and loam.

Suitable for thinner or finer finishing coats, Léém Clay Finish is a ready-to-use product, just add water. Léém Clay Finish plaster has a fine granulometry of 0-1 mm and is applied as a thin skim coat on top of the base plaster. 

It is well paired with a clay plaster base, it can also be applied to most typical surfaces. The finishing plaster is conceived for the facing layer, with a range of finishing textures possible. In a context where the substrate is very even, it can also be used as an undercoat for a second thin coat of Léém clay finish or a layer of Léém clay paint.

  • Léém clay finish is 100% circular, close-to-zero carbon and is amongst the most sustainable wall finishes available.
    It is recyclable, reusable, contains no toxic ingredients, no VOCs (harmful chemicals released during and after application) and is synthetic free. Made from non-polluted, undisturbed soil from urban sites. 

    By pairing the clay finish with a clay plaster base, the materials offer better air quality, by regulating humidity, better acoustics & better thermal mass.
